I started in CB Radio 1979 on AM only then progressed to SSB with a Yaesu FT-707 and an Avanti Moonraker 4, nowadays I have a home made 4 ele Quad at 15m agl, Radio is a Yaesu FTDX-10, a SunSDR2 Pro SDR a homebrew solid state amp that outs out 500w for 2w drive .
