We always set the bar high. Many members like to spend time on the Clusterdx site. All year we spend a lot of time and money to keep everything workable. That includes a lot; coding, server maintenance, security, backups, paying for licenses and above all keeping an eye on the whole process. We are online 99.8% of the time. It takes a lot of time , effort and money and thanks to sponsors we can suppress a small part of the costs. The more sponsors, the better it is for us as community builders, to be better, instead of the stress of wondering how we can make the next payment.
We cannot function without our regular and donations members, who work with us and donate willingly. We are a free Cluster and we would like to stay that way. We are not an organization trying to make money, this global environment was made by volunteers for you, in the spirit of hobby. But we cannot go on like this, costs are rising and it is difficult to keep everything running in the way we are used to.
We understand that not everyone wants to (or can) pay, but we’d like to let someone who donates know that we are grateful for the sponsoring. We have therefore decided to remain free for as long as possible by introducing the following change:
Regular User
Members who do not donate will remain a regular user .
Silver User
A sponsor who donates under the 20 euros on a yearly basis, will become Silver Member. The Silver Member will receive a Clusterdx Silver Member’s certificate and a silver Member logo (for their avatar). In this silver Member logo we will set your call sign. Your Silver Membership can been seen on your user profile.
Gold User
A sponsor who donates 20 euro or more on a yearly basis, will become Gold Member. The Gold Member will receive a Clusterdx Gold Member’s certificate and a Gold Member logo (for their avatar). In this Gold Member logo we will set your call sign. Your Gold Membership can been seen on your user profile.
2th account User
A second account is possible but, as always, it costs 15 euros. If you also want to make this Silver or Gold, then a separate donation applies as mentioned above.
We have a new 2020 donations list. The members who are on this list (starting January 1st) will receive a Silver or a Gold Membership. We draw a line here to start form this date January 1st)
