Hello Everybody, thank you for checking out my profile!
I'm Jake from Essex, England; The birthplace of radio!
I have been surfing the airwaves since 2015, and have been hooked ever since.
I started off as an active member of the Charlie Tango DX group, where I made some great friends on the forums and airwaves.
Nowadays, I'm the UK coordinator for the Charly Whisky DX group - A small DX group originating on the French / Belgian / Luxembourg border.
I'm also a keen QSL'er and have recently been obsessed with sending and receiving as many cards as possible. Will yours be next?
I am also happy to design a QSL card for anyone who messages me!

Every summer, I meet up with my old Charlie Tango friends and activate the callsign of 26CT/000 whilst tent portable for a few days.
The station's equipment is constantly changing but recently has included the use of a 6 element cubical quad with over 300 watts in the input. Hardly your typical portable station!
My latest QSL card
My homebase antenna
26CT/000 portable antenna
