Mod Help For Galaxy 959b
Rustyhooker287
Hello all, new to the forum here. I go by Rustyhooker287 on 27385/405 LSB. I'm currently running a bone stock Galaxy 959b and an RM Italy KL500 amp along with a Wilson 1000 mag in my truck. I've been looking on the web for mods to improve my radio. By the way I'm rather new to the CB world and have not had the chance to get my HAM license.... So please be kind.

So far I've come across the following...

1) Standard Peak and Tune
2) AGC (Automatic Gain Control) Improvement
3) Receive Improvement - D30 & D31
4) Noise Blanker Improvement - D1 & D2
5) Known Factory Defects (SWR Alert LED Fix)
6) More channels.

In anyone's opinion would any of the aforementioned Mods interfere (negatively) with the basic Peak and Tune?
Any and all input is greatly appreciated!!!

73's to all!
