Several operators are having a problem in accessing Cluster in changing their password and the forgotten password facility is not working, why is this, what is the reason and how can this be rectified?
Recovery works fine, it has been tested. Please note, however, that we must use the email address that was assigned to the account during registration. If we enter a different one, unfortunately, we will not recover the password. In such cases, all that remains is to contact the administrator to set a temporary password. I receive requests like this and they are resolved as quickly as possible. 73s
