Change of call sign please

Hi
I wish to change my call sign and have went through the "Callsign change is only possible by contacting HQ CDX" method
and also pm with no contact about it.
I was just wondering if there is a backlog / holdup somewhere ?

Hello..I would like to change my Callsign 30DX171 to 30RCB165..Callsign change is only possible by contacting HQ CDX..I have sent several messages to HQ CDX and it does not answer me or change the Callsign..let's see if you solve this problem for me.. Thank you |

I made a mistake writing the callsign, I wrote 1SA586 instead 1SA486.
I already sent a pm message and an email but I haven’t received any reply.
Can you change my callsign to 1SA486?
