Hello, I would like to know how long it takes after paying the 20€ for the gold membership to be activated? I am annoyed that I am logged out every 15 minutes...
I thank the ClusterDX team for the great work and the associated very good offer for CB radio operators.

Hi, we are trying to activate the level as soon as we receive the donation. Should the process take longer, please inform us that such a donation has been made. Remember to include a call sign in the description of the donation, it will make it easier for us to identify who made it.

Hello and thank you for your quick reply.The payment was made via payPal on 10.07.21. I can send a receipt if needed. So the money should have reached you by Saturday. Please check your email inbox, I have sent you the receipt and all the details there. Regards

Hi There I did pay last 3 days ago and had also sent proof of payment with the admin and to time I haven't receive any mail or revert more so activation for my Gold just wondering how come.
Guess I just have to wait for its activation...

Did you receive the Donate ?
